Ugh - I know you’ve been there too.

You know...those times where there’s sooo much on your plate.

And, you have no idea where to even begin.

You feel like your To-Do list has taken on a life of its own.

And, you don’t recognize half of the “must dos” on it.

Frustration. Overwhelm. Anxiety. Stress. They all come in and rear their ugly heads.

Just what you need, right? NOT! They’re all the worst enemies of productivity.

Somehow, you try to push through all of that and tackle your To-Do list.

But, you’re left feeling like you’re spinning fast but going nowhere. It’s EXHAUSTING.

Then, because you know it has to be easier than this, you start chasing those shiny objects.

Which, we also know, gets you nowhere, but spinning in circles.

Well, my friend, I’ve got some good news.

Prioritizing helps you eliminate the frustration, overwhelm, anxiety, and stress AND allows you to use your time productively as you achieve your goals.

STEP 1: When you look at the items on your To-Do list, if the task does not get you closer to achieving your goals, DRAW A LINE THROUGH IT.

Anything that doesn’t help you meet your goals is merely fluff that fills up your time but doesn’t amount to any substantial progress.

It’s unneeded and a time and energy drain.

Ain’t nobodddyyy got time for that, boo!

Once you’ve rid yourself of the extra “fluff” that only invites frustration, overwhelm, anxiety, and stress to the party, you can focus on the tasks that truly matter.

STEP 2: Organize your To-Do list based on the tasks that need to be completed more urgently.

STEP 3: Then, assign yourself deadlines for each of the tasks.

This way you have a clear picture of what needs to be done and when you need to get it done.

With these strategies, you’re spending less time worrying about what you should do next.

You’ve eliminated the guessing game. And, you’ve replaced it with a clear, purposeful picture.

And, you’re spending your valuable time and energy focusing on the tasks that will bring you closer to your goals.

That’s what I’m talking about! Simple. Organized. Goal-oriented. GETTING IT DONE!
